(Huh? There was an archer, and then the Elf who had been slicing at Al-amir. Three elves.)

(Archer and slicing elf were the same elf. Just that the sword is gone and the only weapon that the elf had was the bow and arrows!)

(Oh? I didn't realize that... revised post.) Al-amir grimaced, and looked around for any path of any sort. Though it was likely that it was some sort of assassin or similar stealthy adversary, he had to look around to see if this figure messed up somehow.

Nothing. There was just nothing wrong. Everything seemed fine and Al-Amir's senses were at peace. It did feel a bit cold, but just a deathly chill. Not that it mattered, it was irrelevant.

Al-amir simply held the orc's flaming blade a bit closer as the chill set in. He looked about for a moment, and after several minutes of thought, he began to try and find what direction the Orc had come from. Armored orcs don't just grow on trees after all, especially not with enchanted weapons.

(Gotta look for that deathly chill.)

(Fine.) Al-amir suddenly felt uneasy with the chill. It was day was it not? So then, why in the world was it feeling like a tomb? He carefully held the greatsword in front of him as he tried to feel which direction the cold seemed strongest.

The cold seemed to emanate from his chest.

Al-amir would've raised his eyebrows if he had a face still, and curiously looked at his chest- looking beneath his shirt if nothing is at the surface. This shouldn't be happening. Someone might be tampering with his bonds to this earth for all he knew...

There was a dagger sticking through his... flesh? He had flesh, instead where bones had been, there was flesh. And there was a dagger, sticking out of his belly.

Al-amir calmly looked at his stomach, before calmly and collectedly seeing if his sudden healing had spread to the rest of him- this wasn't any more natural than him existing, but this... this was plain unnatural.

He seemed to be a human again, but there was still the problem of the dagger. It seemed to be rapidly killing him, and this time for real.

Al-amir looked at his skin and flesh seemingly returned- darkly tanned skin from years in the desert finding its way back to him through some strange means. He laid himself against a tree, tore a strip of cloth from his shirt, and removed the knife- then began pressing the cloth strip into the wound to stop/slow the bleeding.

There was someone holding the knife... (Ever thought about that?)

(You said a knife was in there. You didn't say he was being stabbed. Those are two completely different statements.)
